Site Commenting System Change - Updated

Update - Users are now able to register themselves.

Beginning this afternoon ATVJ will require everyone who wants to leave a comment on the site to register first.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause anyone, but we are hoping this information will help us to determine our dedicated site visitors and wether or not to move forward with an Official ATVJ talkback forum.

Was that intentionally done because you host a movie rental site?
