Catching Up With The Coming Soon List
I posted my predictions for Coming Soon titles on Monday. These predicted titles were based on the previous March DVD release schedule and so far we’ve seen two titles off the list come to Apple TV. I failed to list Enchanted, a title originally released the same week as I Am Legend and Atonement, because it was already available in the iTunes Store. I won’t make that mistake twice. So below is the original list from Monday with the released moves marked off and the others hopefully yet to come.
Into the Wild
Awake
Bee Movie
Sleuth
I Am Legend
Atonement
Enchanted
On a side note, The Seeker was also originally released as a DVD the same week as I Am Legend, all though I did not list it because I did not consider it an A-List title. Does this make me a movie snob? Would you rather see all potential movie releases or just the A-Listers? Let me know.

By the way, when was ‘There Will Be Blood’ released on DVD? Wasn’t it the same time as I Am Legend? I really want to rent that.
There Will Be Blood wasn’t released until the 8th of this month, so I would look for it at the beginning of next month, unless Apple chooses to surprise us.
Um, considering that there are hundreds of DVDs released each week (803 for April 1, 2008, alone) I suggest you just keep doing what you’re doing. Otherwise you may need to specialize in another facet of the industry.
