The BIG QUESTION IS… Did I enjoy your first episode of Apple TV Junkie podcast?

… yes! :) Thanks and keep up the great work.

It was nice to hear the historic re-cap, as I was there with ya (buying the Apple TV when it first came out in ‘07) and I must have been one of the few who actually loved their Apple TV in it’s original form. Using it to access my itunes library WAS the reason I went out and got it, so I was quite pleased.

I am, of course, thrilled with all the new (and free) upgrades we’ve seen, and look forward to seeing how iTunes can struggle forward in spite of the Studios greed. (let’s be frank)

I hope you are correct and those “missing” movies return once they complete their run on the pay-channels. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I’m also going to predict (you heard it here first…) that within a generation or two all new iPods and iPhones will be able to play the 720×480 (or maybe even HD) resolutions, so the VHS quality purchases will hopefully go away (or at least just be available to older legacy model iPods…)

Looking forward to your next podcast, and hope to see it turn HD sometime soon. :)

Definitely enjoyed it. My big question is how often will you do your shows and what will you have to talk about. However, since this site always has new topics I’m sure you’ll find ways to educate us and future ATV users. Great start and thanks again for doing all the work just for our benefit!

I guess the regularity of the shows will be based on the content I have to talk about. I would like to integrate other people to talk with about issues. Between you and me it’s a little weird to talk to yourself :) But I would look for episode 2 early next week.

I look forward to it. It’ll be the only audio podcast on my ATV. (Just a random thought with the ‘talking to yourself’ thing, once you have a few shows under your belt maybe record an ep while doing a live chat to get some interaction with ATV users and maybe some critics too… just a thought.)
