ATVJ was conceived and is maintained by Eddie Valenzuela and a handful of Apple TV fans from San Diego, CA. Due to the lack of a complete Hi-Def movie list, ATVJ was created to fill a void left by Apple Inc. when Apple TV 2.0 was released. Our goal is to provide Apple TV users the most comprehensive list of HD movies available.

Since the debut of ATVJ, the site has grown to offer more than just the list of HD movies. We now keep track of all movie titles added to Apple TV along with the latest HD podcasts and HD movie trailers.

This site was created out of personal need but will be maintained as long as there is a demand for it. So, Apple, keep adding those movies!
